Shipping & Ordering Information

Please read this information carefully as it will explain Proformance Pros Shipping Policies

While Proformance Pros has most items in stock at one of several different warehouses, some items require a lead time in ordering. Many of our products are custom made to your specifications and are not built until ordered. For instance, Real Wheels would fall into that category; they have standard configurations, but they are made to order and require a 2-3 week lead time in most cases. In many cases, Clutches would fall into that category also. REMEMBER, call us if you have any questions on shipping time. We WILL NOT charge your credit card until an item or order is ready to ship. IN the case of "split" orders, we will only charge for the items that are shipped.

Our standard shipping is UPS Ground and any shipping charges that are calculated with your ONLINE order are an estimate only. Once we process your order, we will let you know the actual cost of shipping if it is more than 15% higher than the calculated estimate on your order. IN many cases it may be less! If the shipping charges are 15%, or less of the calculated estimate, we will ship the order at the actual charge without notification. If you want to know the actual shipping charge regardless, just let us know. This applies to Standard UPS shipments only. All other special shipping methods such as NEXT DAY AIR, VIA TRUCK, etc., will be determined and you will be notified before the order is shipped. Our customers are extremely important to us, and we want to get your parts to you as quick as you need them, but in the most cost effective manner. In some case, particularly with small items, we may ship the parts via UNited States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping time would be the same as with UPS, but at a lower cost to you.

For shipments outside the United States we will determine the shipping costs and notify you of the actual charges for approval before shipping the order.

Proformance Pros accepts CASH, VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, and Wire Transfers for US Orders and Canadien Orders. For all other International orders we accept payment via Wire Transfer Only. All payments regardless of type will be U.S. Funds only.

All orders are placed through our secure server when you click on the "Secure Checkout" button. You can be assured that your sensitive data is safe. You can also print and fax your order to us or submit an order without your credit card information if you are more comfortable in doing so. You can then call us with the payment information, or we will call you.
