These hubs are designed as a direct replacement for the stock hubs, with Standard. tappered roller bearings. Commonly used on pull trucks. This hub fits the G-749 Military Axle Assembly with 1-3/4"-27 spline Axles.
This hub can be modified to work with HX-240 , 2.5 Ton Top Load Axle Assembly with modification to the axle drive flange being required.
The hubs are CNC machined from billet aluminum.
They are available to fit front and rear axles.
Bearings, bearing races and seals sold separately.
Hubs are now available with the option of having roller ball bearings installed.
Roller bearings decrease the rolling resistance, which puts more horsepower to the ground. Options are available for steel or ceramic.
Ceramic bearings have just 10% of the friction of steel, which provide even more power to the ground. No need to set the preload like with traditional bearings; with the roller bearings installed just slide the hub assembly on and tighten the spindle nut.
